Booking & Survey Terms
By booking relocation services with Unique Express, you agree to the following terms and operational guidelines:
- Quotations are based on the initial inventory list provided during physical or virtual survey. Any additional items or extra loading locations added on moving day may attract proportional charges.
- Customers are required to secure necessary gate passes, society NOCs, elevator permission slots, and parking access at both origin and destination addresses prior to truck arrival.
Restricted & Prohibited Items
For safety and legal compliance during transit, the following items are strictly prohibited from loading into container vehicles:
- Cash, gold jewelry, stock certificates, passports, or valuable original legal documents.
- Flammable liquids, gas cylinders, fireworks, corrosive chemicals, or explosives.
- Perishable food items, plants, or pets.
Transit Insurance & Damage Claims
We take maximum care using 5-layer protective packing. For intercity transit:
- Transit insurance covers loss or damage caused by vehicle accidents, fire, collision, or rollover during transit as per insurance policy terms.
- Any visible external damage must be noted on the consignment note at the time of delivery and reported to customer support within 24 hours.
Payment Terms
A token advance is payable upon booking confirmation to schedule packing teams and trucks. Remaining balance is payable at the time of loading or dispatch as agreed in the formal quotation document.
